Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Registering an account with 40x requires accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be terminated and funds forfeited. Each individual is permitted only one account — multiple accounts under the same person are subject to restrictions.

- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
- 40x may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification purposes.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
40x users are responsible for conducting themselves lawfully and ethically on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using fraud, manipulation, or any other deceptive means.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any artificial means to influence game outcomes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
For any of the violations above, 40x reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions on 40x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposit limits and withdrawal thresholds are set by 40x and are subject to change at its discretion.
- Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on an account, 40x may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
- Bonuses or promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, as detailed in the relevant offer's terms.
- In the event of any technical error in a transaction, 40x reserves the right to investigate and make the necessary corrections.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: 40x strives to deliver the best possible service through its platform. However, 40x accepts limited liability for any losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or third-party service failures. Financial losses from betting and gaming are entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension or Closure: 40x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of its Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or legal obligations. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.
Third-Party Links: 40x is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party services referenced on its platform.
Changes to Terms: 40x reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
